Adam Radford founded Grist Designs in 2023. Graduating from Australian Maritime College in 2018, Adam has put his Naval Architecture degree to good use for the last 6 years designing and project managing a variety of different boats. Since starting Grist Designs his focus has been on delivering quality designs and experienced advice to clients. Adam has an eye for detail and a drive to produce the great hull designs that will turn heads at the boat ramp. 

In his spare time, you will find Adam in his shed either rebuilding FRP boats, rewiring a mates boat or pulling something boat related apart. Not only does Adam enjoy building and repairing boats, he loves to wet a line in those boats. It is not only Adam's profession to design boats but it's his passion, he truly lives and breathes it.
